Hilaria Baldwin wore a very distracting outfit just days after her husband Alec Baldwin was charged for involuntary manslaughter in the Rust shooting. 

The 40-year-old yoga instructor - who was seen for the first time since the news on Friday -  donned a rather dizzying ensemble while on a coffee run in New York City on Monday morning.

She strutted her stuff in fishnet stockings while a metallic silver biker jacket was draped over her shoulders. 

Hilaria also sported a graphic T-Shirt from 1980s Masters Of The Universe spin-off She-Ra along with a black pencil skirt and matching patent leather heels.

She accessorized with massive black sunglasses and medium-sized gold hoop earrings.

Her brunette tresses were worn down as her fringe hung to just above her eye as she donned natural, complementary make-up. 

Her latest outing follows the news that Alec is set to stand trial for the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.

Hutchins was killed in 2021 after the actor's prop gun fired a live round of ammunition on the Rust film set. 

The decision to indict Baldwin was announced Friday by a New Mexico grand jury.

'We look forward to our day in court,' said Baldwin's attorneys, Luke Nikas and Alex Spiro.

If convicted, Baldwin could face up to 18 months in prison. A trial date has not been set.

The grand jury's indictment comes after the same New Mexico prosecutors dismissed the involuntary manslaughter charges against Baldwin in April. 

Back in October 2022, The Rust movie was back on after the husband of Halyna Hutchins dropped the wrongful death lawsuit, according to a statement from Rust Movie Productions. 

While details of the settlement remain confidential, the statement, given by Halyna’s husband Matthew Hutchins, revealed the film will resume in January with the original cast and himself as executive producer.

'I have no interest in engaging in recriminations or attribution of blame (to the producers or Mr. Baldwin),' Matthew said in a statement at the time. 'All of us believe Halyna’s death was a terrible accident. I am grateful that the producers and the entertainment community have come together to pay tribute to Halyna’s final work.'

Alec took to his Instagram to share the news and add that he was 'pleased' about the settlement. '

'Throughout this difficult process, everyone has maintained the specific desire to do what is best for Halyna’s son,' he wrote in part. 'We are grateful to everyone who contributed to the resolution of this tragic and painful situation.'

In February, a wrongful death lawsuit was filed in New Mexico on behalf of Halyna’s husband and their 9-year-old son Andros. 

The lawsuit claimed that the Rust production team 'committed major breaches of industry protocols' that 'led to the senseless and tragic death' of Halyna.

Two months after the incident, Alec appeared on ABC News to say that though he cocked the gun, he never pulled the trigger. 

The actor said 'someone is responsible for what happened, and I can’t say who that is, but I know it’s not me.'

Alec is also dad to daughter Ireland, 28, from his previous marriage to Kim Basinger.
