I have been blessed to have walked among some wealthy people....... and situations ... i have been to some high end parties ........and been to some really expensive hotels ......i have tasted champagne .......and caviar and cristal ,.........and my verdict is ......i don't get it .......the taste is shit ...same with champagne .......do people eat and drink chmapagne and caviar .......just to say they ate it .........its over fucking rated ....i just don't get fish eggs .......maybe its a rich people stupid mentality ...........you know money and stupidity ......they just want to be seen eating fish eggs ......its a rich mans or woman's thing........ i have never gotten ..........champagne too tastes like piss ......the same with the duck liver pate........i don't get what people like it .....paying thosuands for food that tastes like shit ......i don't get it ....the other stupid shit is lobster ....but it is known as cock roach of the ocean .....go figure .......
Inside America's only beluga caviar farm
We visited the only caviar farm in the United States legally allowed to breed beluga sturgeon. Sturgeon AquaFarms cofounder Mark Zaslavsky, a Russian immigrant, brought live beluga into the country in 2003, just before the US government banned imports of the species in 2005. Beluga sturgeon are native to the Caspian Sea, and are classified as critically endangered by International Union for Conservation of Nature. The farm breeds five different types of sturgeon, some of which don't take as long to mature as beluga, which allows the company to harvest their eggs for caviar and take them them to market. Zaslavsky has pledged, as part of his agreement with the US government, to donate fertilized beluga eggs in the hopes that they will eventually strengthen the population of beluga in the wild.
