Production on Bachelor in Paradise came to an abrupt halt this weekend after alleged "misconduct" drove execs to send contestants home less than a week into shooting on the series' fourth season.
A flurry of anonymous sources have popped up around the web and on Twitter to explain the move, telling TMZ and Bachelor nation expert and Los Angeles Times reporter Amy Kaufman that a hookup between DeMario Jackson (who was recently kicked off this season of The Bachelorette) and one-time-villain-turned-fan-favorite Corinne Olympios (who finished fourth on the most recent season of The Bachelor) drove the decision.
On Sunday, Warner Bros released a vague statement, offering only that they "have become aware of allegations of misconduct on the set of Bachelor in Paradise in Mexico" and "have suspended production" to conduct "a thorough investigation." Once that's been completed, they've promised only to "take appropriate responsive action" and notably did not comment on the fate of the show.
On Twitter, Reality Steve reported that, according to his sources, the show's been canceled and all contestants are headed home.
