Remember when Taylor Swift showed up to 2023 Super Bowl, watched Travis Kelce and the Chiefs win against the San Francisco 49ers, hung with a fleet of celebrities (Ice Spice! Blake Lively!), and then walked out onto the field to kiss Trav while the entire world watched / screamed? Yeah, turns out that whole magical moment cost Travis...quite a lot of money!
The Chiefs Tight End just revealed what he spent on his Super Bowl suite, reportedly telling 49er George Kittle on an episode of Netflix's Receiver, "They’re fucking three million dollars."
To repeat: three. million. dollars. 😳 I mean, we always knew the suites were expensive, but initial reporting seemed to imply the they were under the $2 million mark. At least based on a source telling TMZ that Travis was spending “well over $1 million."
Back in February (ahead of the game), Travis joked on New Heights that he was preparing for the Super Bowl by thinking about losing all his money thanks to the astronomical suite prices, saying “I’m not really doing much different other than just counting how much money I’m spending on this damn Super Bowl for family and friends to come. Just making sure I’m on top of those finances and losing all this money.”
