'I do sometimes move in the night but I'm a light sleeper so I can catch myself.'

The star revealed why it was important for her to make this small change in her routine.
'It's all fun and games and until you realise the collagen's really going,' she said.
'Some of the marks on my face are from my sunglasses and they'll stay all day.'
Dita also religiously uses sunscreen every time she steps out.
