Worry: Nervous doubt; Worry is the opposite
process of thinking. Don’t confuse worry with
concern. Concern would indicate that you are
considering possible consequences with an
intention of making a deliberate, intelligent choice.
Worry has no rationale. It is fear of the future
and also the unknown. Fear can be based upon
unsatisfactory past results, a sense of inadequacy,
or lack of self-esteem.
Worry dissipates when we have a plan. A plan
constitutes an expectation of greater possibilities.
We must abandon fears about the future and past,
establish ourselves firmly in the here and now, and
move forward, moment by moment, with a joyous
sense of confidence and expectancy of good.
Miracles await us!
