Well....... it is packaged as the  american  dream  .......but really........ it's   enslavement......   financial  enslavement....... .......mc mansions..........  all fur coat and no knickers (as we say in uk ).......  living one paycheck to another !!!!!!! .......all show!!!!!!......no   go  !!!!!! ........ dinner couples......  with their   towels......... they do not  use .........  the  table set ........ no one  coming  .....it is women ........who propel this  shit........ most men will live in a fucking trailer.........  for  real!!!!!!!! ....it  is  woman  who cause these   problems  always  .........  their need to show off to their   friends........  and  while the  husband  gets the garage !!!!...... ...it is    his  fault also .......... for  being a spineless  nut less  bastard!!!!!!!!  ......

Listen !!!!!!!>..........i have been to many dinner parties........ in  boca raton   flordia ....... and    parklands .......and  suchlike places........  where   people have  dinner  parties ....... why to show  off  what they ........ have  and its  all debt!!!!!!  .....very few  people  have    cashflow   ......and  cash paid off  house  .........i do not   know   how many  people  have   their  houses  paid off ........  and  a lot of  it  is   racked up...... and  the  flat screens...cars etc ......etc .....mortgaged to the  hilt ............. and  such like  .........it is all show .......  the  kitchen the  closet..... the  bathroom........ while the  husband  gets the  garage .........  and  drinks  his  home  made  beer !!!!!! ......fact  and  brags  about   his  mid life  crisis   dodge  charger ......... while  guzzling beer........ with  his    butt buddies  .......welcome to the  american  dream  folks!!!!!!! ......it's not   cheap it ....... never  was  .......and  never will be ........maintenance  all that shit....... has  got  to be paid  for  ...........not to mention you have to pay tax on all that shit  ........good luck ......the american dream .....what a  fucking scam!!!!!! ........you know what they say !!!!!..........responsibility is  overrated    always ........

You might be shocked to discover that some of America's most expensive neighborhoods are slowly emptying out. In their new study, "ghost towns" are modern metro areas on the edge of decline due to decreasing population and increasing home and retail vacancies.

To create their list of America's modern-day ghost towns, Joybird analyzed data from the U.S. Census, Migration Patterns, and the National Association of Realtors (NAR), mapping this against population declines, migration outflows, drops in new building permits, and rising vacancy rates for the 100 largest U.S.

cities. A city loses its vibrancy due to a shrinking population, while high rental and homeowner vacancy rates equal empty properties.

It's happening right under our noses, and McMansions are at the center of this suburban decay.
