There are many ways to make passive incomes these days......although i still love working at being a maintenance geezer .....but i have found a way .......it is called 3rd party leasing ......and i love the fact that it is a win win situation ....unloke most things in life ........i just bought myself a 2022 bmw 3 series ....and rent it out to an exotic car company .......it is like car pimping really ........ and i never touched it ...i bought it ...the tags ......... got put on it ...and i have not seen it since .....however....... it is working for me everyday ......and after i get rolling i am getting more .......listen i working /.....but this is the biz for me especially in Miami ( can be done for anywhere )..... .....so after 3 years make a salary......... and then i get a free car.....or more ....beats fucking working for a living i say .......my end goals is to end up with a 57 chevy pick -up .....but a free car .....it is rented as an exotic car and i get money every day ......and a free car ......well all i can say is not bad ....i am very happy with the current situation .......if you want to do the same ....please e-mail me at well you know the address internationalhippe@gmail.com and subject matter 3rd party leasing .......no tricks ......no gimmicks ....you buy the car and the company uses it for exotic rentals ...its yours ...... but you take it back anytime ...but why would you........if it is making money ....only a fool would !!!!! ......it's nice to have a nice car .........it's also nice to get a guaranteed income every month ......
