 Well all i can say is  iu have been to  st louis missouri .......it was not that  bad ........ found out  ....but then i do not  give a  fuck...... and  live  shitholes .......been to some  bad  ass places     in some  foreign countries  ....so i guess it is  only a s bad  as  you want it  to be  ......
