OnlyFans model Christina Ashten Gourkani—also known as Ashten G—has died after suffering a cardiac arrest while recovering from cosmetic surgery.

The 34-year-old Kim Kardashian lookalike was recovering from plastic surgery on April 20 when she passed away, her family confirmed via social media.

“It is with deep sorrow and an immensely heavy broken heart that we have to share the most shattering, unfortunate, and unexpected passing of our beautiful beloved daughter and sister,” they wrote in a post on Instagram, sharing a link to a GoFundMe page that has been set up to help cover the costs of Gourkani’s funeral.

In the comments section, fans and celebrity friends alike shared their messages of condolences to the young model’s family. “She was one of the most gracious, sincere, genuinely loving souls I’ve ever come across. Sending love, peace, and healing light to you and yours,” one person said, as another commented, “I still can’t believe it. When I saw your story I was hoping it wasn’t true…we will miss you so much.”

“RIP such a beautiful soul, still can’t believe this,” someone else wrote on Instagram, as another fan added, “I’m so heartbroken this has happened.”

It is so far unclear what procedure Gourkani had undergone or what prompted her condition to deteriorate, but her family claims that this is being “investigated.”
