Well as i have lived in south Florida for 30 years and a little bit .......the place is full of condos .......and as we all know the one that just took a shit not long ago .......champlain towers .....because it was full of cracks and needed money to be fixed and suchlike bollocks .......but it crumbled and fell ....because of the issue of money .......and people could not or would not pay the assessment .......and the place had massive cracks and there was flooding and suchlike stuff.....
I have always though ocean front condos was a risk anyways .....the salt form the sea constantly pounding the building ....i know i worked on one and you have to constantly spray locks and shit .......just to keep them working ........
but the ocean does not stop eating away at the concrete .......i am not sure how they are building ocean front condos now buy was we progress and the weather gets worse ......
i certainly would not entertain the idea of ocean front living .....after the champlain towers took a shit .........it raised alarm bells on the condo communities over Florida.....but as always .....not until a shitload of people die ....they take action ...of course people have to die in order for anyone to get anything done ...but that's human nature .........its okay until it falls and kills .......then they start inspecting all the old fucking condos .......and you can bet your balls to a barn dance ....there will be more shitty disrepairs showing up ....and many more ......these hurricanes expose the weakness of living by the sea....it;s a risk .........
Listen i am no mathematical genius ....but here is the equation on the density of water .........a pint is a pound ......the whole world around ..........so with that in mind ....the ocean is trillions of gallons ......we do not know the vastness ....or sheer volume at the beach.........but the inertia of the ocean ....with the force being pushed by the storm ........there is not much resistance to a house or condo ........i am sure many many years ago ...before we fucked up the oceans we never really thought about the ferocity of water fucking up the beach ........times are a changing and not for the good of things .........
still there will be factors that will still keep people living by the ocean .....status/greed/money/location/image ......and human beings as always will never fucking learn .....they will keep buying ocean front properties .....and they white group of men involved in the beautification of the beaches .....thats what they like to call it .....improvements ....and as always there will be a mass of stupid people ........ who do not care as long as they have that status .....to live ........and work ......or dine by the beach for the sake of coolness .......and being seen or whatever .......
I have been to miami beach many....... many...... many times to remember ........... and plenty as like places ......it's over rated.........and over populated ....... by he masses who do not think.......... or care about the ocean........... as long as they can drink/dance/party /eat/fuck/.......as long as they can be seen ........and funnily enough ........miami beach is having many flooding problems now........ and they are going to get worse .....because of limestone .....its just a matter of time ....like the infamous ft lauderdale beach .....just lost part of it's pier ......oh well !!!!!!!
daytona beach and places like west coast ......ruined destroyed in one or two days .......ninety ....per cent destroyed .....because sanibel is just a mess .....but that's sandbar life ........it keeps happening ........ and people keep rebuilding ...........i personally think we came from the ocean somehow ....because we are attracted to paying prime price ......to live by the water ..........there is attraction ......and also maybe ...that most of the minerals found in the human body .....are also in the ocean .......hmmm !!!!!
