doggie strollers ....come on !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i was  at the art  festival  in delray beach florida  yesterday,...and there was  numerous  women  pushing  strollers around  ,...not with babies  but dogs in them ,you know  dogs can  walk ,...unlike  children ......newborns that is....i mean dogs can walk  ,what  is the deal with pushing dogs around in pushchairs .....
