Call me old fashioned, but i really do not get this deal ...first off, the top its got to hurt,........... like hell it must hurt more than

Do you really need a tattoo that bad to stand out but in the hole.....not sure why that would be interesting showing people your hole , and saying bill bam bam tattooed my asshole .....
